No, we operate under exemption 16 found in annex A of the Ofsted Early years and childcare registration handbook. However, formal Ofsted registration is something we shall consider in the coming months, particularly if there is a demand from parents/guardians. Yes, we are insured by Morton Michael, an insurer who specialise in our industry.
Are your staff first aid trained?
Yes, there will be at least one trained first aider on site, for the duration of every session we run.
Do your staff hold DBS certificates?
Yes, our staff hold DBS certificates.
Do you provide refreshments during your activity days?
Currently, only soft drinks are provided during our activity days, children are required to bring a packed lunch. However, the provision of refreshments is something we’re looking to develop, most likely through a partnership with a local restaurant/café or catering firm. If you have any suggestions as to a suitable business, please email email@example.com with details.
An unforeseen event has occurred, subsequently I need to collect my child early/may be late collecting my child, what should I do?

My child is no longer able to attend, what should I do?
Please contact us on 07738 453 970 or at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you are able. Cancelations made at least two days before the activity day will be entitled to a full refund, via the original payment method.
I'd rather not pay by PayPal, do you have any other payment options?
We also accept payment via bank transfer, if you wish to pay this way please email email@example.com for a booking form.
